Ashgrove Plantation Community Association is a community of 56 single-family homes located within minutes of shopping, schools, transit routes and the Silver Line Metro. The community was built in 1995 by Stone Ridge Builders (now Pulte). Convenience and location are the key points that most people look for in a home.
 
  • Shopping—World-class shopping is minutes away at Tysons Corner Center, Tysons Galleria, and The Shops at Fairfax Square
  • Entertainment—Minutes away from many top local restaurants such as Clarity and Eddie V's and other Vienna/McLean neighborhood favorites, music clubs like Jammin’ Java, and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts
  • Schools—Our location in Fairfax County gives us access to the recently renovated Freedom Hill Elementary School and Kilmer Middle School. Marshall features the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, and is also home to the Marshall Academy.
